On October 14th, we were able to start painting the fence surrounding Hancock Recreational Center as part of our Serving Neighbors, Connecting Communities event. If you'd like to help finish the job, volunteers are needed on November 5th. Here are the details:
LOVE your Park
Saturday November 5th, 10am-1pm
Hancock Park + Recreation Center, Master and Hancock Streets
Help finish painting the fence at Hancock Rec, the finishing touch needed to compliment the mural, benches and plantings recently completed by the Mural Arts Program.
If you are interested in participating, please send an email to both Natania at nschaumburg@ksnac.org and Stephanie at hancockplgd@gmail.com so we have an estimate of the number of volunteers and amount of supplies needed.
