SPIN will be hosting Arianna Freemen and Maria Pulzetti of the Federal Community Defender Office, Capital Habeas Unit. The CHU represents death sentenced prisoners in post-conviction proceedings throughout Pennsylvania and other jurisdictions, and its lawyers regularly litigate in federal district court, courts of appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
