The best resource for federal government opportunities is the Government and Honors Internship Handbook published by the University of Arizona School of Law. This handbook is so great that all of the law schools in the country use it to show their students the opportunities at federal (some state and local too) agencies for summer and post-graduation jobs. If you just want to get a sense of what is out there (what is the Import Export Bank, anyway?), check out the link to the site, with a username and password,
here. While you are there, check out the companion resource, Public Policy Opportunities.
