Non-profit continuing education company Sterling Education Services, Inc. is offering five law students free scholarship-passes to an upcoming seminar as an introduction to the company.
Sterling Education Services, Inc. conducts seminars across the nation and will be holding a Revised UCC Article 9 - Secured Transactions seminar in Wilmington, Delaware on November 1, 2011. Recipients of the five free scholarship-passes will get a day-long overview of a particular aspect of the law, a seminar manual, and the opportunity to network with practicing attorneys.

Students must register before the seminar via phone or email, not on the website. Only current law students may take advantage of these passes, and they must provide their student ID number or other proof of enrollment in order to register.
